1. CONDICIONES y TÉRMINOS DE LA RESERVA DE PAGO
1.1 – RESERVA E INFORMACIÓN GENÉRICA DEL PAGO
Desde el momento en que se practique el pago completo o la 1ª cuota (Reserva) bajo la modalidad de pago fraccionado, queda
debidamente registrada la reserva de la plaza.
En todo caso, la señal de reserva será de 200€.
Esta señal NO será devuelta una vez se practique la reserva de la plaza.
El pago se completará mediante TRANSFERENCIA BANCARIA con los siguientes datos:
- Beneficiario: DSC W1NGs ACADEMY
- IBAN: ES77 2100 2188 8102 0093 3648
- BIC / SWIFT: CAIXESBBXXX
- Concepto: Nombre y apellidos del jugador + Academia DSC (“JUAN GARCÍA GARCÍA ACADEMIA DSC”)
- Importe: 580€

1.2 – PAGO FRACCIONADO
La Academia pone a disposición de los usuarios la modalidad de Pago Fraccionado, que permite practicar el pago en 2 cuotas
bajo el siguiente esquema.
• 200€ en el momento de formalizar la inscripción (importe de la Reserva).
• 380€ antes del 01 de Mayo (este pago puede, a su vez, ser dividido hasta en 2 cuotas, pero en todo caso antes del 01 de Mayo debe de
estar el importe total transferido).
* Si, alcanzado el 01 de Mayo, NO se ha transferido la cantidad total de la inscripción (580€), la plaza NO se entenderá adjudicada al
jugador. Así:
– La Familia o Jugador habrá de ponerse en contacto con la Academia a la mayor brevedad posible para subsanar la incidencia, si fuera
ello posible dada la fecha.
– La Academia, desde que tenga conocimiento, NO devolverá la Reserva (200€) y devolverá, del montante restante, la cantidad que no
haya sido ya ejecutada como gasto.
1.3 – CANCELACIÓN ANTICIPADA
Como fue referido anteriormente, la reserva en ningún caso será devuelta.
La devolución de parte del coste de inscripción dependerá de las fechas y causas por las cuales se curse baja, así:
• Si la cancelación se practica antes del 15 de Mayo: se devolverá la cuantía correspondiente al diferencial entre el total abonado
descontada la Reserva (200€), es decir, si se ha pagado la totalidad corresponderían unos 380€ (esto con independencia de si se ha
pagado mediante pago único o fraccionado); pudiendo descontar aquellos costes que ya la Academia haya sufragado y puedan, por
supuesto, ser probados y justificados.
• Si la cancelación se practica a partir del 16 de Mayo: se deberá aportar justificante o motivación de baja en la inscripción, en cuyo
caso se estudiarán los costes ya ejecutados por la Academia y se devolverá toda cantidad no ejecutada siempre previo estudio del
Informe, su fecha y aceptación.
* (Para este último caso, dispón como usuario de todas las vías de contacto reflejadas en la web a efectos de aclaraciones o consultas,
garantizando el estudio individualizado de cada situación)
* (Las convocatorias para otras actividades deportivas de carácter oficial / amistoso NO son motivo de baja justificada)
En lo relativo a la devolución: la Academia devolverá el importe correspondiente en un plazo máximo de 20 días desde el
conocimiento de la incidencia y vía TRANSFERENCIA BANCARIA.

- 1.1 – RESERVATION AND GENERAL PAYMENT INFORMATION
From the moment full payment or the first fee (Reservation) under the split payment method is made, the reservation of the place
is duly registered.
In any case, the deposit will be €200.
This deposit will NOT be refunded once the place has been reserved.
This will be notified directly via the website, which will issue a booking confirmation message. In other words, there is no need to
notify the Academy of the successful registration, as the platform itself will notify us.
Payment will be made by BANK TRANSFER using the following details:

1.2 – SPLIT PAYMENT
The Academy offers users the option of Split Payment, which allows them to pay in two fees under the following scheme:
• €200 upon registration (Reservation fee).
• €380 before May 1 (this payment can be divided into two fees, but in any case, the total amount must be transferred before May 1).
* If, by May 1, the total registration fee (€580) has NOT been transferred, the player’s place will NOT be considered secured. Therefore:
– The Family or Player must contact the Academy as soon as possible to resolve the issue, if possible given the date.
– The Academy, once it becomes aware of the situation, will NOT refund the deposit (€200) and will refund the remaining amount that has
not already been spent.
1.3 – EARLY CANCELLATION
As mentioned above, the signal will not be returned under any circumstances.
The refund of part of the registration fee will depend on the dates and reasons for withdrawal, as follows:
• If cancellation occurs before May 15: the amount corresponding to the difference between the total paid minus the deposit (€200) will
be refunded. In other words, if the full amount has been paid, this would be €380 (regardless of whether it was paid in a single payment
or in fees). Any costs already incurred by the Academy that can be proven and justified may be deducted.
• If cancellation occurs after May 16: proof or justification for withdrawal from enrollment must be provided, in which case the costs
already incurred by the Academy will be reviewed and any unused funds will be refunded.

* (Calls for other official/friendly sporting activities are NOT grounds for justified absence).
Regarding refunds: the Academy will refund the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 20 days from the date on
which it becomes aware of the incident, via BANK TRANSFER
